  8. Shipping Policy: Dispatch occurs within 1–3 business days. Delays due to unforeseen issues are covered under force majeure law.
  9. Returns & Exchanges: Permissible within 3 days of delivery with valid reason and mandatory unboxing video. Products must comply with hygiene and consumer protection law.
  10. Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days post product verification. Shipping charges are non-refundable as per policy and applicable refund laws.
  11. User Conduct: Any misuse of the platform, including abuse, spam, or violation of these terms, is punishable under IT laws.
